The lounge also has a comfortable fold out sofa bed should you have an extra guest.

Tala, regularly recognised as one of Auckland`s very best restaurants, is just a stroll away, alongside Cornelia Italian, TwoFold Brewpub, and a rich mix of international dining that makes Parnell Road one of the city`s most rewarding streets to eat your way along.

The apartments building does NOT have stairs, so you do need to walk up a flight of stairs to the apartment. In addition, the mezzanine bedroom is accessed via an internal staircase — please be mindful if you have mobility considerations.
The apartment is double glazed throughout for year-round comfort. Street noise is minimal given the elevated corner position. This is a non-smoking property.

In the rare case of a noise complaint or evidence of smoking, an additional fee of up to NZD $500 may apply.
Check in available after 3pm through lock box key collection. Lock boxes are located a short distance full details will be sent prior to arrival. We advise collecting the keys on your way to the apartment, if coming to the city via taxi or UBER, ask the taxi to wait a second while you collect the key. The walk to the apartment from the lock box is not far, but no one wants to walk in the city with suitcases!
